These terms describe Voleea's marketplace role, booking fees, account rules, and the boundaries of the service.
Voleea connects players with independent padel coaches. Coaches set their own lesson price, profile, availability, lesson length and cancellation policy.
The lesson contract is between the player and the coach. Voleea is not a party to that lesson contract, does not employ the coach, and does not control how the lesson is delivered.
The lesson price is paid in cash directly to the coach on court. Voleea never collects, holds, splits, refunds, or pays out lesson money.
Accounts are created with Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for making sure the information in your Voleea account is accurate.
Coach profiles may be reviewed, unpublished, or removed if they are inaccurate, misleading, unsafe, or outside Voleea's launch scope.
Players can book available coach slots shown in Voleea. A booking is confirmed when the app marks it confirmed. If payment is required and not completed, the booking may remain pending temporarily and then be cancelled automatically.
When payments are enabled, Voleea charges a €0.99 booking fee at booking. The fee helps reduce no-shows. It is separate from the lesson price paid in cash to the coach.
Each coach has a cancellation policy. Voleea snapshots that policy onto the lesson when the booking is made, so later policy changes do not affect that booking.
If a player cancels before the snapshot refund cutoff, the Voleea booking fee may be refunded. If the player cancels after the cutoff, the booking fee may be kept. If the coach cancels, the captured booking fee is refunded where a fee was paid.
Voleea can refund only Voleea's booking fee. Any lesson-price dispute, missed lesson, late arrival, or rescheduling issue must be resolved between the player and coach, with Voleea support helping where practical.
Consumers in the EU may have a 14-day right to withdraw from digital services bought online.
By paying a booking fee for immediate booking functionality, you ask Voleea to begin providing the digital service immediately. Where required by law, you acknowledge that you may lose the withdrawal right once the digital service has been fully performed.
You must not use Voleea to misrepresent identity or qualifications, harass others, scrape the service, attack the app, interfere with bookings, bypass payment or booking rules, post unlawful content, or use the venue directory as if venues were Voleea booking partners.
Coaches are responsible for their qualifications, safety practices, availability, pricing, tax obligations, and any venue or court arrangements outside Voleea.
Players may leave one review after an eligible lesson. Reviews should be honest, relevant, and based on the actual lesson.
Coaches may mark a past lesson as missed within the app's allowed window. If a player disagrees with a no-show mark or review, they should contact support with the booking details.
Voleea uses coach availability, blocks and booked lessons to show free times. Coaches are responsible for keeping their availability accurate.
The venue directory is read-only information maintained by Voleea. It is not a promise that Voleea can reserve a court or that a venue is an account holder on Voleea.
Padel lessons involve physical activity and ordinary sporting risks. Players and coaches are responsible for deciding whether they can safely participate and for following venue rules.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voleea is not liable for the coach's lesson performance, cash lesson payments, venue availability, injuries, indirect losses, lost profits, or events outside Voleea's reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
